What's Included
Standard Virtual Doula Support Package ~ $1200
During Pregnancy
-Initial meeting via Zoom ~30 min
-2 prenatal appointments for birth prep, comfort measures, advocacy, and postpartum planning
-Birth preference planning
-Full access to my lending library, online resources through Evidence Based Birth, & list of providers/services in the region
-Text, call, & email support to answer all pregnancy & birth related questions
The Birth
-Virtual birth support via text, call, or FaceTime as needed during labor
-Suggestions for comfort measures, labor progression techniques, and another person to talk through options with
In-Home Postpartum Visit
-To assist with questions about newborn care, breastfeeding, babywearing & more!
-Suggestions and referrals to services as needed
-Text & email support for 3 additional weeks postpartum for any follow-up questions or as needed
Prenatals Only ~ $650
-Initial meeting in-person or via Zoom
-2 prenatal appointments for birth prep to include teaching partner/support person comfort measures & positions to help the progression of labor
-Birth preference planning
-Full access to my lending library, online resources through Evidence Based Birth, & list of providers/services in the region
-Unlimited phone support to answer all pregnancy & birth related questions
*Not on-call for in-person birth support*
*Support outside the Sacramento region will incur an additional fee for travel expenses.*
